2. Scope and purposes of data processing

We process data for the following purposes:

• responding to inquiries directed to us by e-mail or telephone and conducting correspondence;
• preparation of offers, performance of contracts and provision of services;
• analysing site traffic and improving it (statistics — only after consent has been given to analytical cookies);
• fulfilment of legal obligations (including tax and accounting).

3. Legal basis for processing

Data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (RODO) on the basis of:

• art. 6(1)(a) RODO — consent (including analytical cookies);
• art. 6 (1) (b) RODO — actions necessary to conclude and perform the contract;
• art. 6(1)(c) RODO — fulfilment of legal obligations;
• Art. 6(1)(f) RODO — the legitimate interest of the controller (e.g. responding to enquiries, ensuring the security of the website).

4. Cookies

The website uses cookies — small text files saved on the user's device. We use:

• essential cookie — necessary for the proper functioning of the website and for remembering your decision regarding consent to cookies;
• analytics cookie — Google Analytics, służące do anonimowej analizy ruchu. Zapisywane są only upon giving consent poprzez kliknięcie „Akceptuję” w banerze cookie. Do czasu wyrażenia zgody nie zapisujemy na Twoim urządzeniu żadnych plików cookie analitycznych ani reklamowych.

You can withdraw your consent to the analytics cookie at any time by clearing the site data in your browser (cache / localStorage) — the banner will appear again on your next visit.

5. Google Analytics and Consent Mode

For statistics analysis we use the Google Analytics 4 service provided by Google Ireland Ltd. We apply the mechanism Google Consent Mode v2 — do czasu wyrażenia zgody przechowywanie danych analitycznych i reklamowych pozostaje zablokowane (analytics_storage: denied, ad_storage: denied), a adres IP jest anonimizowany.

Skrypt pomiarowy Google jest wczytywany od razu po otwarciu strony, ale do momentu wyrażenia zgody działa w trybie bezplikowym: nie zapisuje ani nie odczytuje plików cookie, nie tworzy identyfikatora użytkownika i nie pozwala rozpoznać Cię przy kolejnej wizycie. Do Google trafia wówczas wyłącznie anonimowa, zbiorcza informacja o tym, że odwiedziny miały miejsce (tzw. cookieless ping), dodatkowo pozbawiona identyfikatorów reklamowych (ads_data_redaction: true). Odbywa się to na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO — naszego prawnie uzasadnionego interesu polegającego na pomiarze skuteczności strony i reklam. Kliknięcie „Odrzucam” utrzymuje ten stan; kliknięcie „Akceptuję” włącza pełny pomiar z plikami cookie.

Dane mogą być przekazywane do Google poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy w oparciu o standardowe klauzule umowne.

6. Data retention period

We store the data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated above, and subsequently for the period resulting from legal provisions (e.g. tax regulations) or until the consent is withdrawn or an effective objection is raised.

7. Data recipients

The recipients of the data may be entities that support us in our operations (including the hosting provider, the Google analytics services provider, the accounting office, software suppliers) — solely to the extent necessary and on the basis of appropriate data processing agreements.

8. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
